The situation was urgent and they responded quickly, assessed the issue thoroughly, and explained everything in a clear and professional way. The work involved replacing/repairing critical panel components and addressing safety concerns, and I felt confident throughout the entire process that I was in good hands. The electrician was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was up to code and operating safely before leaving. Considering the urgency and complexity of the job, the pricing felt fair and the quality of work was excellent. Marcus Martinez and Ramos where the 2 techs installed panel boxes inside and on outside power pole. I never seen these guys work to get things done. Then they ran into a unknown problem that stump them. After trail and error they found it. I enjoyed watching them work even in the rain. I would definitely recommend the Topflight Electric for all electrical issues. Thank you for help to finance the work.

First time experience using Top Flight - did prior reviews and comparisons before selecting service. From start to completion our interactions were very professional, courteous with timely follow through. Our timelines were crunched , so the prompt arrival as scheduled was important and appreciated. Communications with photo and info of technician prior to arrival was especially good. Jonathan was terrific : he explained the options thoroughly and provided pricing choices for any identified electrical issues as diagnosis indicated . Joined by Marcos the two provided seamless repair/ replacement of lighting and outlet switch repair . Cleanup of the work area debris by them - outstanding! Would totally recommend their services and we will request them as electricians when next we need quality expertise for the safety of the electric integrity of our vacation home.

Kevin, Marcos, and Nicholas were fantastic during the entire process. They also were quick and the work far exceeded my expectations.

To be fair, I wasn’t home to approve the work. If I had been, I would have asked why there’s a gap in the outdoor GFCI outlet they installed. I fixed it myself. Simple issue of screws not installed correctly. But I paid over $1000 for this job that took less than two hours and required very few materials. So for what I paid, my expectations were a little higher. ;) Otherwise, good experience. If I need more work, I’ll call them, but will definitely get additional quotes before hiring anyone.
