Swann has always been professional, kind, attentive, and responsive. Anytime we reach out, he accommodates our needs and makes time to come by. His customer service, communication, and attention to detail far exceed any pest control technician we’ve worked with in the past. It’s clear he truly cares about providing excellent service, and that level of consistency is hard to find. We are also very pleased with our new lawn care representative, Kel. He is extremely knowledgeable about our type of lawn. In the past, we struggled with providers who were unfamiliar with zoysia grass, and unfortunately we didn’t see good results. I contacted Truly Nolen (along with Orkin and Terminex) when I saw termites swarming. I rec'd estimates and spoke to the reps about the problem. Justin, from TN, was extremely knowledgeable about termites and confident in their treatment plan. Ray was my technician. He was very nice, extrelemy polite, and very thorough. My home was built in the late 1920's, so smorgasbord for termites. Ray sprayed the exposed wood in crawl space, and attic. And, since part of the attic was renovated to living space, he treated the wood panel walls, and stairs. It was a great experience and not intrusive at all. Great job!!

Herbie did a great job. We were infested with ants and had a mud daubers nest in the house when we moved into a new home! He explained how the mud daubers created the nest which was actually really cool. 😊The house had been empty for a while so we needed to get it taken care of ASAP. Herbie was through and sprayed everywhere and even pointed a leak in the bathroom I didn't know I had. He cleared out all the webs, taking care of the inside and outside. He was also a trooper about my obnoxious dogs. We felt so relieved when he finished his work. I am relaxed knowing that I can give him a call if we ever need his assistance again. Andrew (who was also such a kind person and very personable) came out and did an inspection also and even shared what a good guy he is. I am very satisfied with Herbie's service. THANK YOU HERBIE!
