These guys went above and beyond on my HVAC system — from diagnostics to the complete installation of the air condenser, air handler, and the master fabricated plenums. Every bit of their work was exceptional. Not only did they do their job with excellence, but in the midst of NON STOP GRINDING they took the time to explain to me what every piece of equipment does, and how to maximize its lifespan! Their attention to detail was next-level. The pipes were perfectly run and insulated, every connection was clean and professional, and even the tape and sticker placement on the units looked sharp. It’s rare to see that kind of craftsmanship anymore. They treated the property with total respect, worked neatly, and made sure everything looked as good as it performed. Super impressed with this company! We had a mini split added to our master bedroom. My contact with John the sales person and the installers; Yarian and Eduardo was great. They were professional, friendly, competent and honest. We literally had the install the next day after we got our estimate. Great work, especially given the complexity of where the mini split was located, and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

I needed a new Heat pump i have been nursing the ole Lennox fo 5 years. It finally gave up when the core sprung a leak. Started getting estimates. Money was scare. I went with a two stage unit by Rheem through Lowes and Unique Services. I got things going by using their lease option for financing. Installation and Unique were too notch. The Rheem air mover is very quite. Installers were efficient and stayed busy. Cleanup was great. Im cool and happy.

I had an issue with my AC unit. A technician came out and told me my best bet was to replace the whole system. A sales rep came out within a hour and gave me a quote for $12,500 for a new system. I told him that was not in my budget and he said if I had it installed the next day they could do it for $7500 because they just wanted work for their crew. Major red flag that I obviously ignored. Within 6 months the new unit was extremely loud . A very nice technician came out and worked on it for about a half hour and it got a little quieter. One month later the loudness was back. The same technician came out and did a little work and it got quieter again . Now the unit is 1-1/2 years old and my neighbors are complaining about the noise. A new technician comes out and says I need gas. I ask him if I have a leak . He says no I don’t and whoever installed the system probably did not charge the lines. I pay $300 for gas and it stays quiet for about a hour. He says that I am probably going to need a soft start. I asked if that was common for a unit that was only 1-2/ years old. He said no. 3 Weeks later the compressor burns out and Unique services wats $2800 to replace it. The new unit has a ten year warranty on parts but only 1 year on labor. Im thinking that the New AC was a lemon or improper installation. It is highway robbery to charge $2800 to replace a compressor. I contacted a different Ac guy and had the job done for $1200. Be very weary when considering hiring Unique services. Their technicians are encouraged to find things wrong on there maintenance / Checkup services. This company is terrible and do not stand by their work.

The discounted rate made the service call worth hiring them. My first scheduled appointment date had to be postponed, but they called 30 minutes before the arrival window. I appreciated that. The service technician arrived about 15 minutes after the appointed windows. I received notification of his approximate later arrival. The technician was friendly and respectful. Two things cause me to question the service. The a/c was not stopped during the service and the filter was checked and put back incorrectly. The airflow direction is indicated on the filter. Everything else went well and technician was done quickly.
