Having been a victim of Hurricane Ida, CEO restoration was recommended to me. They did not disappoint, they came in and took moisture readings the same day I called them. As soon as I commenced the job they started working. In three weeks my house was mold free and contractor ready. The contractor who did my quote said it was the cleanest and most thorough job he has ever seen. Not one screw left in the stud in the whole house, all studs sanded and treated for mold. On my Birthday April 19 I had a grease fire in the kitchen. Flames reached all the way up the vaulted ceiling. Fire extinguished quickly before the Fire Department arrived but kitchen in bad shape and exposure throughout the house with smoke and soot. Fire completely melted the glass on the above stove microwave and well didnt know glass could melt that quickly and does so under like 1400 C so it was HOT..Our insurance suggested Servepro..I contacted them immediately and was told someone could come out the next day. Ughhh but I did it and I cleaned the side of the kitchen where the cats are always all over and one who only drinks from her sink cup. The next day, they canceled me and rescheduled for the next day April 21. Hubby and I found it unacceptable and I googled and called CEO since it was the first to pop up. A few minutes later I received a call from Brandon and he came out later that afternoon and we kinda left it at he is an early riser and he would work out a quote for us Friday morning. THEN he called me like 15 mins later and said he felt ill after leaving the house from exposure and said he had a client scheduled for Friday, but they agreed to a schedule change and asked if I wanted them to start tomorrow, even before all the insurance stuff was done. Obviously I said yes and I will tell you this could have been worse BUT I was just amazed! My husband who has asthma was away for work for weeks and was due to a short homestay on Monday. The next day (Friday) San.Cristian.Danilo arrived and such outstanding work just to get the cleaning going and making the air healthier for myself and the animals! Monday…San.Ada.Wellington continued on and again did amazing job. Tuesday San.Daniel.Wellington worked. Wednesday was San.Benjamin.Wellington.Thursday San.Ada.Benjamin and Friday San returned to watch over the personnel that did the duct cleaning.
