Yesterday Bernie and Josiah came to my house and to test my water heater and we came to the conclusion at the best option would be to replace it! They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. Terel came to my house today he was also very friendly and informative about the new water heater and also about the new back flow pipes I had gotten installed which I appreciated! He got the job done quicker than I expected ! 10/10 recommend! 😊😄

Excellent job. Repeat customer. The team is prompt and efficient. We needed to replace our old hybrid hot water heater. When we sent a picture over of our old unit, they were able to identify that the builder had installed the unit facing the wrong way just from the picture. The options and prices were discussed on the phone, and an estimate emailed quickly. They were out the same week on a day and time that worked for us, and brought all the tools and the know-how to the project. After the installation, they showed us all the features of the new unit, explained how to maintain it, and answered any questions. We highly recommend them.

Had several quotes from all over Orlando to get my aging water heater replaced. Brodway offered the best quote. On top of that, the plumber who performed the installation, Terel, was extremely thorough with the install. He ensured everything thing was 100% before closing service for the day. Broadway did a great job from Bernie in sales to Roy in project management to Alex our installer! Called them at 5:30 at night and they were done by 11:30 the next morning with our new water heater.

Called Brodway plumbing as my pipes froze during coldest weather in over 16 years froze water pipes to water heater. They were able to get a tech out to me within a limited timeframe and Leo did a great job rebuilding my water heater plumbing in a quick and efficient manner. He was very professional and I will definitely call again when in need of help. Thanks again for a job well done!
