I actually can’t say enough good things about this Company . We initially called Roto Rooter and after three visits they were totally unorganized and couldn’t help us at all. I ended up calling my insurance company and they sent out dry right. The tech I had was Alex Hayse , and he treated my home as if it was his . We had a plumbing line break in my wall , and my insurance company sent out Dry Rite to mitigate the damages . Alex took great care to not let my cats out or in the work space ( even though it was challenging ) the area was contained . Treated and all sealed up - he was there at least 8 times over the last 2 weeks checking and rechecking to make sure everything was perfect . He was amazing and the house is now ready for the repairs it needs . I can’t thank them enough .

Alex came to help work on my home after my water heater failed and flooded my garage. During this stressful time his polite and professional manner was very relieving and made the experience much easier to handle. I really appreciated his work , he was very quick and informative, always communicated his task and arrivals. Would recommend this company and Alex personally. Thank you!
