FSC put our kitchen back together after having a water leak resulting in all our lower cabinets needing to be removed. They matched the upper cabinets nearly exactly. The counter is beautiful. There was a hiccup with the glass tile install, but they made it right, right away. Brady was responsive and easy to get a hold of. I would have no issue hiring them again in the future. They also helped us navigate the claim with our insurance to get an appropriate amount for the repars.

We had a water leak that left mold and water damage. Florida State Construction was able to help us with both, which gave continuity to our project, which became much bigger than we expected when we discovered the joists in our 1926 bungalow were not attached to anything! Steve came himself to assess the damage, and walked us through next steps. Communication was excellent, and the work was done to perfection. Every worker that stepped foot on our property was professional, polite, and communicated well. FSC was willing to work with us to make sure the project was within our budget. We would definitely use FSC for future projects!

I chose FSC because the general contractor had remodeled my previous home, and I knew they could handle a much larger project. This house was 4,400 square feet and required a complete transformation—essentially a full gut aside from the walls. The previous owner’s style leaned heavily Tuscan/Mediterranean. While it was well done, it wasn’t my aesthetic. I wanted a Rustic Chic look that elevated the Modern Farmhouse style I loved in my last home. FSC handled every part of the renovation: new flooring throughout, fresh paint on every wall and ceiling, new doors and hardware, all new appliances, and beautifully executed built‑ins including a coffee bar, a full bar, and a custom TV wall. They remodeled every bathroom and the entire kitchen, and installed all new windows, sliders, and remote shades on 15 openings. It was a massive project, and they delivered. One of the things I appreciate most about FSC is that they let you be as involved as you want to be. I did my own design work, so I was very hands‑on, but you absolutely don’t have to be. They are responsive, easy to reach, and quick to address any issues—because in a remodel of this scale, there will always be issues. What matters is how they handle them, and FSC handled them well. My advice: do your homework on design or lean on their experts. Everyone I worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to guide me whenever I needed it. FSC truly takes the headache out of remodeling by sourcing products, coordinating labor, and bringing in skilled, vetted tradespeople. Finding reliable professionals on your own can be incredibly difficult—let FSC take care of that. They made a huge, complex renovation feel manageable, and the results speak for themselves.
