I’m very disappointed in the lack of response from this company after reaching out regarding a serious concern. I attempted to contact them directly about the situation and never received any reply or acknowledgment. I expected at least a basic level of communication and accountability, especially when it involves safety concerns. The lack of response is unprofessional and frustrating. I will be attaching screenshots of my original message for context. I have a picture of the license plate and van but I won’t be posting it for privacy reasons Attached below are screenshots of the email I sent and never got a response back.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by “Titus”. His honesty and professionalism truly stood out during the job. He took the time ( from 12:00 to 6:00 ) to find the root of the problem and went above and beyond by identifying and addressing issues that could have been easily overlooked. Very fast, reasonable and reliable. Had me up and running in about 30 minutes. Call this morning at 8 o’clock and was out here ASAP. Thank you to the gentleman that came out.

Maybe teach your drivers to not drive like jerks. Legit on my way to work for hospice and an ambulance pulls out. I’m already going 60 (5 over after new laws were passed and in the slow lane fyi) and your driver would not slow for the ambulance and decided riding mine the whole way to work instead of moving over to the open 2 lanes. Even when I went to signal to turn they were aggressive. Next time I’m calling that vehicle specifically in to highway patrol. Never used y’all but if you act like that in between jobs I can only imagine.
