This company provided a very disappointing experience. They created holes in the ceiling and covered the roof with a tarp, which has since deteriorated, leaving debris scattered throughout the yard. Communication is extremely poor—calls often go unanswered, and when someone does respond, the information is unhelpful. Additionally, they show up unannounced and begin work on the roof without notifying you beforehand.

Loss Restoration, and especially Ms. Darkys Bustos, truly went above and beyond while helping my elderly parents through a very stressful situation. Ms. Bustos was our main point of contact throughout the process, and while communication was always clear and consistent through her, it was evident that she is supported by a great and dedicated team working behind the scenes. From the very beginning, the entire team showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism while guiding us through both the restoration process and the insurance side of the claim. Our case was especially complicated because another company had been working the claim without informing my parents or Loss Restoration. Despite this challenge, Ms. Bustos and the team remained committed, providing clear answers, consistent follow-up, and unwavering support all the way through to resolution. I also want to specifically recognize Mr. Carlos Rosado, who was outstanding. Mr. Rosado demonstrated that the well-being of my parents truly mattered more than simply winning a case or focusing on money. That level of care, integrity, and humanity made a meaningful difference for our family. The dedication, honesty, and support shown by Loss Restoration made an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate. I truly recommend Loss Restoration to anyone dealing with roofing issues or water damage in their home. Their compassion, professionalism, and strong team approach truly set them apart.

They made holes in the kitchen under the cabinet which is not covered by insurance and now I have to come up out of pocket for that. Them knowing is their fault they never answered any of my calls I was told they would send me the money for the damages and not once I receive a call back or the money to fix the holes. This has been the worse experience. Don’t ever trust these people. They also did more damages that I can’t disclose in this review.

Worst mitigation company, find yourself another company. Bad service and they don’t answer much of the phone calls
