Andrew was very personable and professional . Got my propane line fixed within hours of calling. He went over several options of repair and did a great job. We also discussed other services i may need in the future. Great experience

Fantastic service. Cassie answered both my calls on the first ring and was able to get an emergency service scheduled in 20 minutes, at the end of the day when our toilet started overflowing water as the washing machine was draining. Julio came onsite and went right to work, explaining and showing me the issues along the way with the scope, and the best options to resolve it. He removed the root blockage and showed me the cleared pipe. Through talking he even identified that our pressure was incredibly high causing more issues, and installed a pressure reducing valve the next day. I really appreciated the thorough and thoughtful service, he cared about finding and solving the problems for us. Thank you!!

Orrett was fantastic. The first thing he asked me was if he could bring me coffee. Give that man a raise! He was patient and thorough. He got into more than just the simple install that I thought it would be. He had to get parts and find where my water shut off was. We never did find the water heater! Florida is new to me, so I am used to all things being tucked inside the dwelling and insulated well. He is a great asset to Vanguard and to those he helps.

We had Vanguard come and repipe our whole house . We had the best plumbers Chris and Joe were top notch ! They did excellent work in a timely manner cleaned everything up , very courteous, and knowledgeable. I will personally ask for these two guys everytime! They were very flexible with schedule also.
