Pro-Staff Termite & Pest Control

Jacob was very friendly and professional and definitely got the job done of removing a massive wasp nest that we had for over 4 years as well as spraying for everything else! We are insanely happy with this company!

We have a bi-monthly service with Pro-Staff and had a problem last year that required some callbacks (included in the service). Jordan has been our primary technician, and he’s great! Very friendly and helpful, and also explains what he’s doing when I’ve asked. Highly recommend both Jordan and Pro-Staff!

I had Brody come out for my regular service and he did so well. I appreciate how thorough he is from his explanations to his work. He went above and beyond and I hope he continues to be the one to treat my house! And as always, Prostaff always does a great job with these guys they send out. I have been with them for many years. They are the only company that was able to take care of my roach and mice problem.

I had a pest situation at my home in January. I have never dealt with anything like it. Not gonna lie, it freaked me out. I had 4 pest companies out and I will tell you that Dusty at Pro Staff impressed me the most. He was very thorough doing his inspection, did not rush, put my mind at ease and knew exactly what he was doing. He cares about his job and his customers. I would normally never pre-pay for a service( had to wait until March to do the service) but I felt comfortable pre-paying and I got on the schedule for March 26th. He showed up on time, prepared, never rushed, answered my questions and got the job done. He followed up by text with a thank you and for me to feel free to reach out to him anytime. That is true customer service!! Great job Dusty and ProStaff!! You will be my go-to pest company and when I am happy with a company I share my experience with everyone!!!

Brody always does a great job. He is very detail oriented. He inspects the house and every glue trap he has said set. Brody is also very personable. He always has a smile on his face and always explains everything he’s doing. He will even tell you what is caught in every trap. Outside of the house, he’s very thorough, checking rodent traps and inspecting in and around the garage. We appreciate the great job he does. Thank you!
