Jonathan and his crew are amazing!!! Rapid removal and drying of our bobby jones homes in sarasota! Homes were under 4’ of water and they made sure our homes were completely dried out and all the drywall is cut out perfectly !! Expert professional work done by these gentleman !!! A+++

I called 911 Restoration after the contractor I hired Phoenix Projects Flooded my 2 bedrooms and master bathroom with inferior plumbing work.. Mr Oby Rivera was prompt and efficient in evaluating our problem areas. He offered his expertise in eliminating an otherwise unlivable situation. Thank you Mr. Rivera for helping us through this nightmare.

Overall, 911 Restoration completed the job, but I ended up paying more than I needed to, and the company could have been more upfront about pricing and attentive to the job and more communicative. During multiple parts of the job, I felt like I was put in a position where I, as the homeowner, was doing quality assurance for the project. I had paid them to do the vent cleaning, but I believe three floor vents in my house were not cleaned completely until I asked that they bring the vent-cleaning company back out and clean them with their equipment. Although I understand that it was a third-party cleaning company that missed the vents, ultimately it was 911 Restoration’s job to audit their performance, and I do not believe this would have been caught if it were not for me. Secondly, after the mold guys completed their job in my kitchen and removed all of their equipment, I found more mold behind some baseboards that I had ripped off in my laundry closet. I was told by the company that the laundry closet was not something to worry about, but I think they should have investigated this area more. Other mold companies who gave me quotes did identify that area as a place that needed to be taken care of. 911 Restoration had to come back to my house and spend another week or two removing the mold. I incurred a lot more costs due to this, and if 911 Restoration had properly investigated the laundry room, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. I think they should have at least come back and given me a steep discount to remove the more mold I found, but I was charged at what I would say is an equivalent rate to my initial quote. Also, one thing I felt was deceptive was that they did not include the post-job mold-air-quality test in the original quote. This was an additional $500 or so. Most reasonable people would want an air-quality test at the end of a job like this, especially if they have children or others they want to protect. For a job like mine, an additional $500 was around 10% of the original estimate. This would have made their quote less competitive. They left out this mold air-quality test in both the first and second quotes they gave me (one for the original service and the other m for when they had to come back to address the more mold I found). It was also difficult to communicate throughout the job process. At multiple times, I found it difficult to get in touch with 911 Restoration to get updates on the job. A more positive aspect of working with 911 Restoration was with their billing department. Working with Sarah, I was able to set up a payment plan and spread out my payments over a couple months. I really appreciated the flexibility that this plan gave me. As you may come to find out, mold mitigation can be expensive, and setting up this payment plan has helped me. This option has been very nice, especially because it has charged me 0% interest on my balance.
