From that point on, the process was smooth, efficient, and handled with incredible professionalism. Doug was absolutely amazing—he stayed on top of every detail, ensuring the work was done to the highest standards. Without us even having to say anything, he recognized that the first drywall company wasn’t up to par and replaced them immediately, keeping the project on track. When the wrong floors were picked out, he quickly rectified the situation without any delays. Thanks to Doug’s expertise and dedication, what started as a stressful situation turned into an incredible experience with top-quality results. Called in to ask some questions in regards to mold that I found in my house. I spoke with Brandi and she was very helpful and knowledgeable, even after we found out that I lived to far away for them to help. She still answered all of my questions. There were a few questions that I still needed answered so she transferred me to Charlie and she was able to answer them for me. Charlie was great as well and help with the remaining items. Wish I lived closer so I could have this team working in my house! Thank you guys!

After three long years, I am finally back in my home—and I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am to All American Water Restoration. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Isaias and Smitty who both rushed to my property to perform emergency services after my bedroom flooded due to a plumbing mishap. Very happy with the timeliness, professionalism, and the overall work they did. Highly recommended!!

After having a water leak to our washer repaired it was determined had been a slow leak for some time affecting our laundry room and a bedroom on the other side of the wall. All American Water Restoration was recommended to us. From the start with Chris to eval the situation, to Smitty who put the dry out equipment in place (including drywall removal) here every day for a week to check progress and remove equipment once dried. We then had Oscar and his team of Phillip and Caesar to begin the rebuild doing an outstanding job! To add Rob, Ely, Yasmin and other office staff were a tremendous help with everyday communication as well as the insurance claim. Ever have a need don’t hesitate to contact this company.
