OCC911, Inc.

I have been working with this company since June 2025. They have a large operation and a nice facility, and they have built over 5,000 homes. However, I have some concerns about my experience. While they handle many aspects of the process, I regret not coordinating more closely with my insurance and wish I had stayed with the first contractor we hired. It's important to take notes and document everything, as I have experienced some confusion along the way. I plan to update this review once our home is completed, hopefully by the end of the year. I encourage potential customers to consider all reviews, both positive and negative, as I have come to understand some of the warnings are valid. If you need cleaning services after a fire, this company might be suitable for that. However, for home construction, I recommend exploring smaller firms or working directly with your insurance company for a smoother experience.

Lance and his crew from OCC were impeccable at setting up containment and remediating a water intrusion issue we had. They were thorough and super detailed. The cleaning crew was also amazing. They packed our stuff nicely and cleaned our whole house top to bottom when we returned.

After a circuit breaker fire at our home, OCC911 Fire, Wind and Water responded immediately. The team, led by Yaritza, was there every step of the way, answering our questions and guiding us through the entire restoration process. Her compassion, empathy, and professionalism during such a difficult time meant so much to our family. We highly recommend OCC911 to anyone in need of restoration services.

I have had the pleasure of witnessing firsthand the tremendous dedication and effort he is putting into making my home to be completed to my expectations. He has kept me informed of all the processes, he has guided me as to what each process is  and always answers my phone calls or returns my calls as soon as possible . He never makes me feel like I am bothering him with all my questions and believe me I always have. lots of them. His crew is awesome, and the work being done to date is beautiful. Rays attention to detail and strong work ethics are remarkable and inspiring. He consistently goes above and beyond his role and it has not gone  unnoticeable. His outstanding contribution have greatly impacted the rebuild of our home to go smoothly.  We have been blessed to have Ray as the supervisor over our project.
