The teams communication with myself and my policy holder has been outstanding. They have provided a level of confidence and assurances I have never experience in my insurance adjusting experience. We used them after a freak storm ripped the roof off on our office and they were prompt and delivered great service. They even helped me find reliable resources for work outside of their scope. Hopefully never need them again but if I do i will give them a call.
